Two dragons, the spawn of chaos, had emerged from the depths of the ocean, seeking to destroy one of the last vestiges of light in the world. They were fearsome beasts, with scales as green as emerald and eyes as bright like the sun. They breathed fire and lightning, and their roars shook the earth.

Mael stood on a rocky outcrop, surrounded by stormy waves. He raised his hands, and blue runes glowed on his palms. He chanted words of power, and a blast of arcane energy shot from his fingers, hitting both dragons. The beasts are staggered, but did not fall. It snarled, and lunged at Mael, its jaws wide open.
